DayCare Requirements

In order to participate in Doggie DayCare, all dogs must meet the following requirements:
Vaccinations/ Testing
Rabies
DA2PP
6 month Bordetella
Canine Influenza (H3N2)
Heartworm Test and Intestinal Parasite Screen at least once a year

*Please provide a copy of current vaccinations BEFORE your dog’s first day of DayCare                   
*Please provide proof of any vaccinations as they are updated by your veterinarian

Spayed/Neutered
All dogs older that 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered

Flea/Tick Prevention
All participants must be on a veterinarian-approved monthly flea and tick preventative all year round. Please provide proof of purchase from your veterinarian.

Heartworm Prevention
All participants must be on a veterinarian- approved monthly heart worm preventative all year round. Please provide proof of purchase from your veterinarian.

Heartgard Plus

*Please Note: We will also accept Revolution and ProHeart. However, these products have limited or no efficacy against intestinal parasites, which can be contagious to other animals and to humans. Please ask us if you have any questions about these products
